On the session held on 10/11/2023, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on approval of Procedure for Connection of Facilities to Transmission System and to Segment of Distribution System Which is Operated by Transmission System Operator which was adopted by the Joint Stock Company „Elektromreža Srbije“.

On the session held on October 23, 2023, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a Methodology for Billing Unauthorised Electricity Consumption which enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia.

On the session held on October 5, 2023, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has approved the decision on prices of non-standard services which was adopted by the distribution system operator “Elektrodistribucija Srbije” LLC Beograd. The approved price list includes non-standard occasional services which are offered by the system operator upon a customer’s request, i.e. upon a user’s request or services which are offered in order to remove the consequences of a customer’s actions, i.e. system user’s actions which were taken against the regulations and these service prices are not included in the transmission tariff or in the connection costs.

On the session held on 28/09/2023, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has approved the decision on guaranteed supply electricity price which will be applied as of November 1, 2023.

On the session held on 21/09/2023, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has approved decisions of management bodies of 31 public supplier on new public supply natural gas prices which will be applicable as of November 1, 2023. Average natural gas price for all customers entitled to public supply at regulated prices which was established on the basis of maximum allowed revenue and natural gas quantities envisaged for sale to customers entitled to public supply in Serbia is increased by 10.0%.
