On the session held on 10/11/2023, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on approval of Procedure for Connection of Facilities to Transmission System and to Segment of Distribution System Which is Operated by Transmission System Operator which was adopted by the Joint Stock Company „Elektromreža Srbije“.
By the adoption of amendments to the Energy Law, Law on Use of Renewable Energy Sources, Decree on Network Code on Connection of Customer’s Facility to Network and Decree on Electricity Delivery and Supply, a legal ground for the adoption of Procedure for Connection of Facilities to Transmission System and to Segment of Distribution System Which is Operated by Transmission System Operator was created. This procedure regulates the schedule for activities, relations and actions of the transmission system operator, distribution system operator and connection applicant as well as the conditions and method of conclusion of contracts and deadlines within the procedure of connection of facilities to the system.
The Procedure enters into force upon the approval of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia and it is published on the website of the Joint Stock Company „Elektromreža Srbije“.
