Distribution Network Code

Pursuant to Article 261 of the Energy Law (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 145/14 and 95/18 –another law), upon the approval of the Energy Agency, the distribution system operator adopts Natural Gas Distribution Network Code which regulates the relations between the distribution system operator and system users in particular. In addition to conditions of access and use of natural gas distribution system, the Code also regulates: technical conditions for connection to the distribution system, technical conditions for connection of the distribution system to a neighbouring transmission system or to another natural gas system, technical and other conditions for safe operations of the distribution system and for the provision of reliable and continuous natural gas supply of customers, procedures in crisis, funcional requirements and metering equipment accuracy classification, method of natural gas metering, etc.
