On the session held on January 18, 2024, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on the approval of Rules for Market Activities Suspension and Restoration which were drafted by the Transmission System Operator of the Republic of Serbia “Elektromreža Srbije” JSC.

BELGRADE, Thursday, December 21, 2023.
On the session held on December 21, 2023, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on an approval of Gas Pipeline Transmission System Development Plan for 2022-2031 which was adopted by the transmission system operator Transportgas Srbija. Investments which are planned to be realized in the three-year period are included in the Plan.

On the session held on December 21, 2023, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on an approval of the Distribution System Development Plan for 2023-2027 with an investment plan for 2023-2025 which was submitted by the natural gas distribution system operator “GAS BEČEJ” LLC and of the Distribution System Development Plan for 2023-2027 with an investment plan for 2023-2027 which was submitted by the natural gas distribution system operator “YUGOROSGAZ” JSC Beograd.

On the session held on December 21, 2023, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a Decision on Establishment of Criteria for Approval of Exemption to Production Units Connection to Network and a Decision on Establishment of Criteria for Approval of Exemption to Customers Facilities Connection to Network.

On the session held on December 14, 2023, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted decisions on the approval of the Natural Gas Distribution System Development Plan for 2023-2027 with the investment plan for 2023-2025 which was submitted to the Agency by the natural gas distribution system operator “RESAVA-GAS” LLC, Svilajnac and of the Natural Gas Distribution System Development Plan for 2024-2028 with the investment plan for 2024-2026 which was submitted to the Agency by the natural gas distribution system operator PUC “7.OKTOBAR” Novi Kneževac.

On the session held on December 7, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has approved rules regulating procedure and method of transmission capacity allocation on the border between bidding zones of the transmission system operator of the Republic of Serbia EMS JSC and the transmission system operator of Hungary (MAVIR) for 2024.

On the session held on December 7, 2023, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on the approval of the Natural Gas Distribution System Development Plan for 2023-2027 with the investment plan for 2023-2025 which was submitted to the Agency by the natural gas distribution system operator “SIGAS” LLC, Požega.

On the session held on November 30, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has approved rules regulating procedure and methodology for cross-border capacity allocation between bidding zones of transmission system operators of the Republic of Serbia EMS JSC and transmission system operators of North Macedonia (MEPSO), Romania (Transelektrika), Bosnia and Herzegovina (NOSBiH), Bulgaria (ECO), Croatia (HOPS) and Montenegro (CGES) for 2024.
