On the 44th session of March 22, 2019, in line with the Energy Law (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 87/15) and with the Rulebook on Energy Licence and Certification (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 87/15), the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a Decision on dismissal of application of November 22, 2018 of the Limited Liability Company “Transportgas Srbija” d.o.o. Novi Sad for the certification in line with the independent transmission operator model pursuant to Articles 232-238 of the Energy Law as incomplete.
Namely, in the procedure of assessment of the submitted application, it was concluded that neither during application filing nor acting upon invitation of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia to complement the required documentation in line with the legal deadline of 4 months for the adoption of a certification decision “Transportgas Srbija” d.o.o. Novi Sad did not submitt all the documentation prescribed by the Energy Law and the Rulebook on Energy Licence and Certification.
Since not all prescribed and required documentation was submitted, acting in line with the Law, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted the procedural decision on the dismissal of the application as incomplete.
After obtaining the prescribed documentation, “Transportgas Srbija” d.o.o. Novi Sad may submit another certification application and, in this case, the application will be considered again.
