The Agency adopts methodologies for: establishment of natural gas public supply prices, natural gas transmission use-of-system charges, natural gas distribution use-of-system charges and price of access to the natural gas storage.
Energy entities which perform regulated energy activities calculate regulated prices and adopt a document on prices which is submitted to the Agency for approval. Within the procedure of approval of such a document, the Agency analyses submitted energy-techincal and economic-financial data and documents and establishes whether regulated prices were set in line with methodologies.
