On the session held on February 10, 2022, in line with the Energy Law, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on the approval of Compliance Programme for Provision of Non-Discriminatory Behaviour of Electricity Distribution System Operator “Elektrodistribucija Srbije” LLC, Beograd which was adopted on January 31, 2021.

The given Programme includes measures in order to prevent discriminatory behavior, method for monitoring these measures and obligations of employees to reach the defined goals so as to provide the independence and transparency of system operator’s operations.

The Agency will observe the implementation of the Programme and the Agency is authorised to ask for amendments to the Programme in line with the legal norm.
