On the session held on March 10, 2022, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted amendments to Rules on Publication of Key Market Data adopted by the joint stock company „Elektromreža Srbije“ Beograd.

The Decision of the Agency Council was published on March 16, 2022 in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia, number 34/2022. The amended Rules are published on the website of the transmission system operator and they enter into force on the eighth day upon publication.

Amendments to the Rules were necessary in order to harmonise them with the Law on Amendments to the Energy Law and with the updated version of Detailed Description of Key Market Data which is adopted and published by the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E).
