Market participants are hereby informed that the Rules on Prevention of Electricity and Natural Gas Wholesale Market Abuse (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 103/21) which were adopted by the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia on October 28, 2021 enter into force on April 1, 2022.
Participants who intend to enter into transactions/issue trading orders for wholesale market products are obliged to submit the registration application to the Agency in the form of the prescribed template prior to entering transactions in order to register their participation in the electricity and natural gas wholesale market in line with these Rules.RS”, No. 103/21) which were adopted by the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia on October 28, 2021 enter into force on April 1, 2022.
