On the session held on December 22, 2022, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted decisions on amendments in Methodologies: for setting electricity guaranteed supply price, for setting electricity distribution use-of-system charge and for electricity transmission use-of-system charge.
These amendments defined the method for calculation of tariffs for approved power and reactive energy in methodologies for access to the electricity transmission and distribution systems in a more precise manner.
The method of calculation of access to the distribution system for producers whose facilities are connected to the distribution system was also regulated precisely.
The period during which customers, i.e. electricity transmission and distribution system users can use a possibility for calculation of lower amount of approved power without amendments to the decision on connection approval is extended. This possibility is valid until December 31, 2024.
