On the session held on June 25, 2022, in line with the Energy Law, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on the approval of conditions for the appointment of the Compliance Officer and prior approval of the appointment of the Compliance Officer for the “Elektrodistribucija Srbije” LLC Beograd.
The given officer is obliged to observe the Compliance Programme, prepare an annual report on the implementation of the Programme and submit it to the Agency for review and opinion purposes. The Agency may demand the dismissal of the officer only if insufficient independence or lack of expertise is established.
