On the session held on August 15, 2019, the Council of the Energy Agency has approved the Rules on Publication of Key Market Data which were adopted by the Assembly of the Joint Stock Company “Elektromreža Srbije” Belgrade. Upon the publication of the Agency Decision in the “Official Gazette of Republic of Serbia”, the Rules are published on the website of the transmission system operator and they enter into force on the eighth day upon publication.
The core of the text of the Rules includes the former version of Rules on Publication of Key Market Data which were approved by the Agency in 2016 and which were supposed to be harmonized with amendments to the documents of the European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity (ENTSO-E) related to the implementation of the European Commission Regulation 543/2013 on Market Data Transparency. This Regulation defines a list of key market data that have to be published and made available to all electricity market participants via European Transparency Platform (EMFIP – ENTSO-E platform).
