On the session held on December 29, 2022, in line with the provisions of the Energy Law harmonized with the third package of European regulations, the Council of the Energy Agency has adopted a Decision on Adoption of Reports for 2022 on Necessity of Electricity Guaranteed Supply Price Regulation
On the same session, in line with the Energy Law, the AERS Council has adopted the 2022 Report on Necessity of Regulation of Price of Capacity Reserve Lease for System Services of Secondary and Tertiary Control as well as the 2022 Report on Necessity of Further Electricity Supply of the Last Resort
