On the session held on January 18, 2024, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on the approval of Rules for Market Activities Suspension and Restoration which were drafted by the Transmission System Operator of the Republic of Serbia “Elektromreža Srbije” JSC.
The Rules on Market Activities Suspension and Restoration define cases in which the transmission system operator may suspend market activities in the electricity field and the procedure for restoration of market activities taken by the transmission system operator in coordination with neighbouring transmission system operators, distribution system operator, closed distribution system operators and electricity market operator is defined.
