On the session held on December 21, 2023, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a Decision on Establishment of Criteria for Approval of Exemption to Production Units Connection to Network and a Decision on Establishment of Criteria for Approval of Exemption to Customers Facilities Connection to Network.
The adoption of amendments to the Energy Law, to the Decree on Network Code which relates to customers facilities connection to the network and Decree on Network Code which relates to production units connection to the network implied an obligation of the Agency to adopt criteria for exemption from technical conditions for the connection to transmission and distribution system which are prescribed by the Rules for Connection of Facilities to Transmission System and by Distribution Network Code.
In line with the decrees on network code, the Agency has published the criteria on the Agency website.
