On the session held on November 26, 2020, in line with the Energy Law provisions harmonized with the Third EU Directives’ Package, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a Decision on the Adoption of the 2020 Report on Necessity of Regulation of Guaranteed Electricity Supply Price.
On the same session, in line with the Energy Law, the AERS Council adopted a 2020 Report on the Necessity of Price Regulation of Capacity Reserve Booking for System Services of Secondary and Tertiary Control and the 2020 Report on Necessity of Further Electricity Supply of the Last Resort.
