On 18/03/2021, the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has announced public consultation on the 2021-2030 Republic of Serbia Transmission System Development Plan which was submitted to the Agency by the Transmission System Operator EMS JSC.
Public consultations on this draft of the ten-year transmission system development plan are realized until 16/04/2021.
In line with the Energy Law, the Transmission System Operator adopts a ten-year transmission system development plan every year and submits it to the Agency for approval purposes. Within the approval award procedure, the Agency organizes public consultation on the plan.
Remarks, proposals and suggestions are submitted within a template which is available along with the draft text of the ten-year transmission system development plan on the website of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia in the section Public Consultation – current affairs.
