On the session held on April 16, 2020, the Council of the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia has adopted a decision on the approval to the Transmission Network Code of the Joint Stock Company “Elektromreža Srbije” which regulates the relations between the transmission system operator and system users.
The grounds for the Code was the former version of the Transmission Network Code which was supposed to be harmonized with technical requirements from the European network codes for connection and system operation under regular and emergency conditions, with binding technical acts of ENTSO-E (European Network of Transmission System Operators for Electricity) and with a new concept of technical system management of the transmission system operator.
The Transmission Network Code will be published on the website of the Joint Stock Company “Elektromreža Srbije” and will enter into force on the eighth day upon the publication of the Agency Council decision in the “Official Gazette of the Republic of Serbia”.
