The Agency adopts methodology for setting price of access to the oil transport system via oil pipelines and oil derivatives transport via product lines.
Energy entitites performing oil transport via oil pipelines and oil derivatives transport via product lines calculate regulated prices and adopt a document on prices which is submitted to the Agency for approval. Within the procedure of approval of such a document, the Agency analyses submitted energy-techincal and economic-financial data and documents and establishes whether regulated prices were set in line with methodologies.
